Tags is a feature that is available to all plans and can be used tag 1st-party reviews (direct customer feedback). A tag is a word or phrase that is added to feedback for the purpose of identification or grouping.

1st-party review that has been tagged “Negative Experience”

Adding Tags is done manually per a single feedback entry or by importing a customer list that includes tags.

Auto-Tagging is a feature on Pro Plan and up that can be used to tag both 1st- and 3rd-party reviews automatically.

Once a tag is added, it can be used to filter reviews in Customer Activity and to display selected 1st-party reviews on a page of your website using a Tag Widget.
